このビルの前オーナーは、大人向けのファッションブランドを多数持つアパレル企業。自社のブランドのストアだけで全フロアを埋めた、フラッグシップ店舗として運営していました。

各階の内装は、それぞれのブランドの特性に合わせて少しずつトーンを変えているものの、ビル全体として一貫したテーマがあります。ビルが密集し光が入りづらい場所柄ながら、自然光をうまく取り入れ、石材や木材をたっぷり使ったシックな設えは、用途替えしたとしても何かに活かせるかもしれません。

屋上には看板スペースは、羽田空港から銀座や東京駅(丸の内)に向かう車からハッキリと視認できる高さとサイズがあります。

This is the city of high land value, with the central area exceeding 50 million yen per square meter. Before the Covid disaster, it was also an inbound district visited by foreign tourists. The interior design of each floor has a slightly different tone to match the characteristics of each brand, but the building as a whole has a consistent theme. Even though the building is located in a densely populated area where it is difficult to get sunlight, the natural light and the chic design using plenty of stone and wood materials may also be utilized even if the use of the building is changed.

The billboard space on the rooftop is high and large enough to be clearly visible from cars heading from Haneda Airport to Ginza or Tokyo Station (Marunouchi).
