What is the rate for Bitcoin payments?

複数の取引所のレートを元に、当社で独自に算出しております。現在のレートは物件ページ上で確認できます。
The rates are calculated independently by us based on the rates of multiple exchanges. You can check the current rates on the property page.

支払い方法は何が使える？
What payment methods do you accept?
A
お支払いには、日本円またはビットコインがご利用いただけます。日本円の場合は銀行振込にて、ビットコインの場合は指定アドレスへの送金にてお支払いをお願いしております。
詳細は、お問い合わせ後に営業担当よりご案内を差し上げます。Payment can be made in Japanese Yen or Bitcoin. For Japanese Yen, please pay by bank transfer, and for Bitcoin, please pay by remittance to the designated address.

Is it possible to learn more about the property before I buy?

会員登録いただくことで、謄本や修繕履歴、竣工図などがダウンロードできます。より詳細な情報を知りたい場合は、お問い合わせください。営業担当からご案内を差し上げます。
By registering as a member, you can download transcripts, repair histories, and completion drawings. If you would like more detailed information, please contact us. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you.

掲載基準を満たし、契約条件に合意いただける場合は可能です。まずはお問い合わせよりその旨をご連絡ください。担当者よりご案内を差し上げます。

日本国外の物件の掲載も検討しております。

Can I purchase all of the listed properties?

すでに売却済みの物件もアーカイブとして掲載しております。価格表示のない物件は売却済みです。
Properties that have already been sold are also listed as archives. Properties without a price are already sold.

Architects, designers, engineers, video directors, writers, editors, artists, entrepreneurs, chefs, actors, researchers, educators, medical professionals, and all other creators who create new value can participate.

I'd like to use some of the ideas listed for another property, is that a problem?

提案したクリエイターの許諾が得られている場合は可能です。クリエイターのWebサイトより、個別に交渉してください。
※無断使用の場合は、法的措置を検討します。It is possible if the proposed creator's permission has been obtained. Please negotiate individually from the creator's web site.
In case of unauthorized use, we will consider legal action. -

アイデアを実現したいが、業者の指定はある？
I want to make my idea a reality, do I have to specify a vendor?
A
原則、提案したクリエイターへの発注をお願いしております。別業者への発注をご検討の場合は、提案者と個別に合意いただく必要がございます。
As a general rule, we ask that you place orders with the creators who proposed the work. If you wish to place an order with a different vendor, you will need to reach an agreement with the proposer individually.

Is it possible to realize the creator's idea after purchase?
A
一部を除き、可能です。クリエイターは、自身の手で実現可能なアイデアのみ提案しております。
※提案者が学生の場合を除きます。With some exceptions, it is possible. Creators only propose ideas that they themselves can implement.
Except when the proposer is a student.
